I've been using this pack for about a month now. As most things Osprey, this pack is pretty well thought out and has quality materials and craftsmanship. I like that it has a separate padded pocket that fits my 15" laptop and another pocket that can hold an iPad simultaneously. It has plenty of storage to hold extra clothes and other sundry items, 2 external water bottle pockets and external bungee strapping for light jackets or bike helmet. I just discovered there's a covered port under the carry handle that can be used for hydration bladder, charging cables, or headphone wires. It could definitely be used for weekend travel if you're going light. This a great everyday commuter or day hike pack .. for which I believe it was designed for.It is not a "long hike, backpacking, or MTB" type of pack. The shoulder straps, waist belt and back padding are not designed and supportive enough for that .. although because of the quality .. it could probably be used for that in a pinch.Suggestions to Osprey:1.) Add an internal loop/strap to possibly secure a water bladder2.) Beef up the shoulder straps a little more. Laptops, books and clothing can get pretty heavy and can put a lot of stress on sewing and attachment points.3.) An internal zipped (lockable ?) pocket for other electronics, power banks, chargers, dongles, cables, etc. . and to add a layer of security for items such as wallets, phones, etc.I would highly recommend this pack.
