The workmanship was first class and my father would have been very proud of it. The urn was beautiful and the engraving was clear and crisp. I had to communicate with Brandon with some questions I had and he was professional and courteous. The urn arrived days before it was due as well. I can't recommend this company and this urn enough.I ended up placing the order for the engraving separately due to the questions I had.
