Banjo Brothers 05009 medium canvas commuter backpack features the same design and fully-waterproof replaceable liner as our banjo backpacks, but with a classic heavy-duty 20 ounce cotton canvas exterior. The large, open interior is 100 percent waterproof. It will most likely fit more than you should carry, but it was designed for bike commuters, so a change of clothes, lunch, shoes and laptop will fit just fine. Pockets under the flap; one large zippered pocket, a medium sized flapped pouch and pencil pockets complete the bag. Comfortable and fits riders from 5 foot 2 inches and up. 1500 cubic inches with Dimensions are 11.5 by 8 by 16 inches. Water-repellent dry-wax finish.

I love this backpack. My first one was stolen and I immediately bought a second. It has a classic clean look with no huge obnoxious brand label. It is water proof and yeah just get it. Also when riding a bike I can look over my shoulders with no obstruction.I am using this bag for my work commute-either on foot or by bike. This bag has ample room for transporting my papers, computer, and other teachery things. The bag is durable and rugged; I can't wait to get many years of use. I like that the waist belt is removable and the side pockets fit a one liter container securely without being annoyingly tight.I purchased this as a gift for my son-in-law who is attending graduate school. He has loved using it the past several months indicating that it is exactly what he needs.This backpack is HUGE. Not what I wanted--returned it.
