Received a wrong color.Other than that no problemLooks and feels right. Rain cover is missing!I love this pack! I was looking for a pack that was an ideal size for a long day hike that had the some of the same technology and comfort features of my larger (60L) pack I use for longer multi-night hikes. Two key features I love about this pack that seemed to be missing from many others in this size category: 1) The adjustable frame suspension. I LOVE this feature for the perfect fit. 2) Substantial hip belt with large pockets. This pack has plenty of room to pack anything you would need for a full day and likely would be large enough for a light overnight trip with careful planning. The only thing I would change about this pack: I’m not in love with the hook for the water bladder. I have two different brands and styles of bladders and neither fit flat into the narrow, rigid hook built into this pack. I used a hair tie to adapt my bladder (see photo) and it works just fine, but for a pack that does not include its own water bladder, I do wish the hook attachment were a bit more universal or adjustable. All in all, this is still a great pack for the price! I can comfortably put in 13+miles over challenging terrain in a day while keeping all of the weight comfortably distributed. No sore neck/shoulders like you get with a standard backpack. This is a replacement for an old North Face pack that I've been using as a day pack for many years. My initial thoughts after 2 5-6 mile hikes:Pros:-At 28L, this is roomier than my previous pack so I don't have to stuff it quite as much (I carry a lot of first aid and emergency gear, as well as waterproof pants and a heavy waterproof shell).--I love the ability to adjust for a more custom fit.--I appreciate the trekking pole attachments (no more trying to find a way to lash to my pack). The pockets in the waist belt are great for keys and my small (older iPhone SE) cell phone.--The outside pocket expands a fair amount - I am able to stuff an extra fleece far enough in so that it won't fall out.--I love that the mesh back panel fits the contour of my back and keeps the pack off my back.--A few handy small pockets (one inside) are convenient for organizing and storing small items that I don't want to lose in the bottom of the pack.Cons:--I doubt that a standard-size cell phone would fit into one of the waist pockets--I will probably buy the hydration components since it's very difficult for me to reach water bottles in the outer pockets while wearing the pack.Love this pack! My test hike was a 10-mile mountain trail, and I was impressed. It's appropriately sized for day hikes, hydration compatible, and incredibly supportive. The hip belt does a great job with weight transfer, and the system of support straps helps cinch the whole pack in so there's no jostling. The material seems thick and durable, it comes with a rain cover, and the elastic side pockets fit a nalgene perfectly. The hip pockets are handy for small things but I will say, they don't hold a large smartphone easily (that wasn't an issue for me, as I prefer to keep my phone in my pocket). I'm 5'4" and the small is a perfect fit. All in all, I'm thrilled with this pack.Edit: I've been hiking and camping with this pack for a year and a half now, and I'm even more thrilled with it than when I first wrote the review. It's held up beautifully, and I love how comfortable and supportive it is...so much so that it's what I'll choose to carry for very short hikes, even when I don't need to carry as much stuff as this pack holds. The frame does an amazing job with weight transfer, and the design allows a lot of airflow. My husband is actually planning to get a Zulu (the male version of this pack) because he likes mine so much!In love with this pack! I've taken it on 5 different mountain hikes here in Alaska ranging from 2-7 miles and it is super comfy. The weight is distributed so well. I usually get lower back or neck pain when carrying a pack but not with this one. I'd say I'm carrying about 10lbs so I'm not sure what it would feel like with more but I'm only using it as a day pack so it's great for me.*Things I really like about this pack:*The mesh backing to keep air circulating.*The clips and magnet for water bladder tube.*The sunglasses holder.*The large waist strap pockets. My galaxy S9 fits with a little shoving.*It's not too bulky. It fits my 5 foot frame.*Large side pockets for water bottles or bear spray here. ?*The rain cover. It was raining for the whole 7 mile hike and nothing got wet.The only think I can think of to make it better would be more compartments but that's just because I prefer a lot of pockets too keep super organized.I love love love this pack! My 20l was too small. I got this one to replace it. This one has a huge waist belt and buckle as well as pockets I can reach, big enough to hold my phone in one and snacks in other. Perfect for a day hike. I also got the water pack by same company to go in it which is easier to open and fill than my old one. Also the back is adjustable up or down to fit your torso length perfectly. Color is more of a rich teal than turquoise. Definitely recommend.Scratchy netting on the straps from shoulders down to the bottom of the strap, so it will rub on the inside of my armpits & cause rashes.I own a Gregory jade 53 that I love! I’ve done many overnight backpacking trips with it without any issues. It’s so smooth & not scratchy at all. I’m so disappointed by this.Otherwise it seems to have good pockets & such. Super bummed this won’t work. Also, beware, it says size small/medium on the listing. But it is a XS/S that arrived. When you add it to the cart, it says XS/S, but I took a chance on it being a SM/MD like the listing says. Well, back it goes.Great backpack, have everything you need for a day hikeAmazing backpack for a day hike, the second one I have from GREGORY, LOVE IT!!!!色、形、背負いやすさ、ポケットの使いやすさ全て満足です。他店では売り切れていたので購入できて良かったです。日帰り、1泊にちょうど良いサイズです。長く使用したいと思います。
